Delivery Methods

Shipments are sent via the courier company Econt. You can choose:

  • Delivery to your address
  • Delivery to an Econt office
  • Delivery to an Econtomat

Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order value.

    Want to return a product?

    If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

    • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original tag attached.
    • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

    Delivery Time

    • Orders placed by 7:30 PM on business days are processed the same day.
    • Orders placed after 7:30 PM and on non-business days are processed on the next business day.

    Delivery to the customer takes 2-5 business days from the processing date.

    Example

    • If the order is placed on Tuesday at 11:00 AM – it will be processed the same day, with expected delivery within 2-5 business days.
    • If the order is placed on Saturday at 3:00 PM – it will be processed on the next business day.

    Note: In exceptional cases, the delivery timeframe may be extended. In such instances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
